Hotel Miniature Istanbul

Lovely staff, beautiful room with thoughtful decor, delightful spacious bathroom with great shower, well-stocked minibar, exceptional breakfast, perfect location in the heart of old city.

During my recent stay at Hotel Miniature - Ottoman Mansion, I had a good experience. One thing that stood out to me was the warm and personalized welcome I received upon arrival. The staff were pretty good too ensure that I felt at home and well taken care of throughout my stay. The attention to detail, such as the handwritten welcome message and the daily updates via WhatsApp, made me feel valued as a guest.

Although there were a few small drawbacks, such as occasional noise from neighboring rooms and a minor issue with the Nespresso coffee machine, they did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The hotel is centrally located in the historical part of the city, making it close to everything and many major sights. The location is convenient, as it is near the tram and within walking distance to various attractions. The staff is friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms are verysuper clean and cozy.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a super comfortable bed. We loved starting our day with the delicious and extensive breakfast spread. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. The added bonus of complimentary water and the availability of tea and coffee in the room made our stay even better.

Excellent hotel service, especially from Manager Aykut. Helpful and available staff. Masterpiece breakfast lounge with selective and tasty food. Good airport transportation option.

The shuttle service could use improvement, as there was a lack of information and difficulty finding them at the airport.
